A credit card is required for all reservations.
The following fees are payable in addition to indicated fares: fuel surcharge of $5.

In order to book your spot easily and quickly, please have the following information on hand when calling or booking on line:
- Full name of all travellers
- Preferred travel dates and times
- Length and height of your vehicle (including any trailers)

How many ferries operated out of Wood Islands / Caribou?
Northumberland Ferries Limited operates with two ferries during the peak season (HOLIDAY ISLAND & CONFEDERATION) and one ferry during the shoulder seasons.
Pets
Pets are not permitted on passenger decks; however, kennels are available upon request.
Smoking
Smoking is restricted to the outside deck. All areas inside are smoke-free.
Credit Cards
VISA, Master Card, American Express and Diners/EnRoute accepted.
Accessibility
Wheelchair access from the vehicle decks to the passenger deck is available through an elevator from the car deck. All passenger amenities are on one level.
Safety Information
Regulations prohibit passengers on vehicle decks during crossing unless accompanied by a crewmember. Recreation vehicles carrying propane must fully close cylinder valves while on board and be tagged. Note: tags will be provided.
Onboard Services
On board the Holiday Island and the Confederation there is a full Cafeteria. As well, on the Confederation, passengers can enjoy an ice cream from Cows.
