Embark on your very own seaworthy adventure aboard the Princess of Acadia!

We welcome all types of vehicles including cars, RVs, tour buses, motorcycles, as well as walk-on passengers and even your four-legged friends. During your sea cruise, enjoy a Starbucks cappuccino and panoramic vistas in the Rising Tide Café, or delight in the spirited stories and entertainment provided by our Animators. The kids can have fun in the Little Mates Quarters—our supervised children's play area—while you enjoy a Maritime-flavoured meal in the Fundy Grill, cozy up in the Sea Breeze Lounge to catch the daily movie presentation or visit the Treasure Chest Gift Shop to check out a fine selection of Atlantic Canadian products.

If you like the great outdoors, stroll outside along the decks, as you feel the wind in your face and search the bay for a sighting of the endangered right whale and other sea life. For those who need to stay connected, we invite you to visit our Business Centre offering complimentary wireless Internet from one of our three computers, or hook up your own laptop, there's plenty of space. If you're looking for a little more indoor entertainment, an arcade amusement area is located in a private area of the Sea Breeze Lounge and Video Lottery Terminals can be found in a private area in the Rising Tide Café for patrons 19 years or older.

Many of our popular favourites remain including the Captain’s Platter, deep-fried scallops and succulent shrimp.

While the television is one way to keep you informed on the top stories of the day, you can also visit our Business Centre which offers complimentary wireless Internet. Located inside the Rising Tide Café, the Business Centre features three onboard computers and three additional pods for your laptop hook-up.

The Sea Breeze Lounge features a 60” widescreen mega-sound television to create a true theatre experience, while comfortable “pod” seating is great for family gatherings. Sit back and relax as you watch the daily family-oriented movie feature, or gaze out at magnificent vistas during the voyage.

Video Lottery Terminals can be found in a private area in the Rising Tide Café. Patrons must be 19 years of age or older to play.

Spectacular views can be seen from virtually any location on the ship. New Brunswick and Nova Scotia coastlines can be seen while departing and entering port, and the sunsets are incredible on evening sailings. The Rising Tide Café boasts stunning vistas from three sides of the ship, and with common sightings of sea birds and mammals, be sure to bring your camera or binoculars.

Little Mates Quarters
Little Mates Quarters

Little Mates Quarters is the home of our supervised Children’s Program with a variety of activities including arts & crafts, toys, and stories. Available from June 28 through September 6th, the Children’s Program makes an already great journey even better. Now Mom and Dad can enjoy a little private time, while the Little Mates are entertained and well-cared for by our professional staff.

An arcade amusement area is located in a private area of the Sea Breeze Lounge.

Handicap Access

We recommend you make your requirements known at time of check-in and the crew would be more than happy to assist you on board the ship. Although there is no elevator from the vehicle deck, an elevator is available from the main passenger deck leading to the upper passenger area. Please ask for assistance at the terminal upon check-in.

Nursery

A small nursery is available on the upper deck of the ship, just across from the Rising Tide Café.

Smoking

There is no smoking inside the ship; however, an outside deck is available to all passengers.

What to Expect On Board

The Princess of Acadia features open seating, so please enjoy any available seat. Please do not leave personal items unattended. The scheduled movie will begin approximately 15 minutes after departure. The Fundy Grill will close approximately 15 minutes before docking. Announcements will be made when movies and entertainment are about to begin. Games are available on board and may be signed out from the Purser's office.

What to Bring with You

You will be unable to return to your vehicle during the voyage as the Vehicle Decks are secured upon departure. So, please bring with you anything you may need.
