New Brunswick
Travel into New Brunswick is now further restricted and will be permitted only for work; medical reasons; obtaining essential supplies for the communities of Pointe-à-la-Croix and Listuguj First Nation, in Quebec; and child custody or compassionate reasons if approved by Public Health. Under the new restrictions, Canadian residents who own property in the province or who have family members (parents, children, siblings, grandchildren, grandparents, significant other) residing in New Brunswick will no longer be permitted to enter the province. Nova Scotia
Residents of Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador are not required to self-isolate upon arrival in Nova Scotia, and are not required to complete the Nova Scotia Safe Check-in form. Residents and travellers must continue to follow all public health measures in Nova Scotia.
Travellers coming from New Brunswick will have to self-isolate upon arrival in Nova Scotia and complete the Nova Scotia Safe Check-in form.
All other travellers into Nova Scotia must self-isolate for 14 days when they arrive in Nova Scotia, or for the duration of their stay if it’s less than 14 days.

The crossing is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes in peak season and 2 hours and 30 minutes in the off season.
In event of a cancelled crossing, Bay Ferries Limited, operators of the mv Fundy Rose, will send you an email advisory and options on how to rebook or cancel your reservations.
If you have not provided us with an email address, our agents will attempt to call you as soon as possible.

Seating aboard Fundy Rose is first come, first served and cannot be reserved. We offer a variety of seats, including airline style seating. We have 744 seats, of which 250 are airline style.
New to our Bay of Fundy ferry service, the Trucker’s Lounge is a welcoming and comfortable area, dedicated to big rig drivers on board Fundy Rose.
Spectacular vistas can be seen from virtually any location on Fundy Rose—especially on the Viewing Deck. The coastlines of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia can be seen, and while we sail the beautiful Bay of Fundy, there’s often sightings of sea birds and mammals, so be sure to bring your camera or binoculars.

If you’re looking for a light snack, appetizer, hot beverage, or an ice-cold drink, then head to our licensed Crow’s Nest to satisfy all your cravings. Located outside Deck 7, the Crow’s Nest will be open subject to weather conditions and seasonality.
Production companies may be permitted access to mv Fundy Rose and terminals as a venue for filming or photoshoot efforts. Company provided kennels are unavailable and pets are prohibited on passenger decks. At this time, pets must remain in vehicles.
