Think you have the best chowder recipe around? Want a dish named after you on board Fundy Rose that sails across the world famous Bay of Fundy? To commemorate the reopening of our Tides & Valleys Eatery (formerly Acadia Eatery) in 2021, we’re seeking the best of the best local Chowder Recipes from YOU chefs, home cooks, and foodies!

From November 16 to November 30, 2020, make your entry and stand the chance for your recipe to be featured aboard Fundy Rose at Tides & Valleys as “Crew’s Choice”. The winning recipe (determined by our hungry crew) will be named after the lucky chef, who will also receive one free round-trip (with a car + 1 guest) on Fundy Rose between Saint John, New Brunswick and Digby, Nova Scotia, in 2021 to taste their very own creations from the comfort of the Atlantic Ocean.
