Through passenger feedback we realize one of the best ways to enhance overall satisfaction is by ensuring on-time departures. It makes our passengers happy, it improves schedule reliability, and it’s better for the environment—with reduced idling, CO2 emissions, and fuel consumption. Here’s how you won’t miss the boat for your next Maritime journey between Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia:
Vehicles must be checked-in and available for boarding at least 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Northumberland Ferries reserves the right to cancel your reservation and place you on our wait list if you are not checked-in at least 20 minutes prior.
Foot passengers must check-in at the toll booth to obtain a boarding card 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
