Assistance Services

Travel requests require at least 48 hours’ notice before departure. We will make every effort to accommodate requests made with less notice, however, this cannot be guaranteed. By notifying us at least 48 hours before your departure, we can support your request for:

  • Travelling with a service or emotional support animal.
  • Curbside assistance with luggage. Guests requiring this service should contact the call centre at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Using a wheelchair, including assistance with check-in, transporting you on board, or parking your vehicle close to an elevator. Ship personnel will also guide you to accessible tables and advise you of the location of the accessible washroom. Guests can remain in their personal mobility aids during the voyage and secure areas are provided for use during rough or inclement weather.
  • Assistance with gaseous oxygen or a personal oxygen concentrator.

Accessible Washroom Facilities

We can guide you to the accessible washroom. Cabin crew will transport self-reliant guests to and from the onboard washroom.

Cabin crew members are not permitted to assist with personal hygiene. You must be able to attend to your own personal needs, stand/pivot and/or bear weight and move within the space in the washroom.

Regardless of vessel type, privacy necessitates that our crew will not assist you inside the washroom, other than to offer stability as you enter and exit the washroom. You must lock and unlock the door or request the cabin staff to lock the door from the outside.
