Advance notice is not required to bring your wheelchair on board; however, please notify the agent during check-in so we can arrange parking close to the elevator. All guests, in vehicles and walking-on, are reminded to check-in at least 1 hour prior to departure time to facilitate the loading and pre-departure process.
Wheelchairs are available at the ferry terminals and onboard the vessels, however, it is recommended that travellers use their own personal mobility aids while travelling.
MV Confederation Elevator – open door width 36 inches, capacity 1130 kgs/2500 lbs. Maximum mobility aid width 34 inches, capacity 400 kgs/880 lbs including rider.
Accessible tables are clearly marked on board the vessels and our cabin crew can assist you.
