How to Receive a Lanyard
The lanyards will be available at the vehicle booths, terminal buildings and on the vessels. If you need assistance while sailing, please connect with:
- The Passenger Services Supervisor on Northumberland Ferries (Prince Edward Island–Nova Scotia), located at the cash area in Salt Water Café.
- The Purser on MV Fundy Rose (New Brunswick–Nova Scotia) or The CAT (Maine–Nova Scotia), located at the Pursers Desk.

Yes — once you’ve received a Sunflower lanyard, it’s yours to keep and reuse indefinitely at any location that recognizes the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program.
